• Responsible for building, optimizing, and reporting on SEO campaigns that improve rankings, traffic, and conversions • Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to client goals (technical, on-page, and off-page) • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities • Optimize website content, metadata, and site structure for maximum visibility • Monitor SEO performance regularly, making data-backed optimizations in real time • Analyze results and report on performance with clear insights and next steps • Stay on top of algorithm updates, best practices, and emerging SEO trends including SEO for AI
• 2+ years of experience managing SEO campaigns with a track record of improving rankings, traffic, and conversions • Proficiency in keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc.) and Google Analytics/Search Console • Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices • Strong content instincts - you know how to optimize for both users and search engines • Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear strategies and next steps • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client accounts at once
• Pay is per-project, coming out to $45/hr on average • Ramps to 15 hrs+ minimum per week after 1-2 months of a trial period • Annual bonus opportunity of $10k
