📋 Description

• Manage and oversee the client data delivery process • Deliver accurate and complete data for client deliverables • Ensure timely delivery of data according to agreed schedules • Perform root cause and quality control analyses of deliverable issues • Develop and maintain data surveillance processes for recurring deliveries • Support new client onboarding by defining data delivery formats and schedules • Establish data delivery methods based on client requirements, including Databricks and Snowflake platforms • Collaborate with internal teams to obtain approval for sharing non-PHI data and selecting delivery methods • Partner with clients to validate, troubleshoot, and complete test data sharing • Build and maintain Databricks dashboards • Build, test, and deploy code in Databricks and Snowflake environments • Troubleshoot data delivery issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams • Work with Forsyth teams to answer questions and clarify data • Provide release notes to internal teams • Identify and implement process optimizations • Support quarterly product releases and develop processes for new data or structural changes to client delivery datasets

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of healthcare analytics experience • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred • Proficiency in SQL and Python • Experience with data warehousing using Databricks • Snowflake knowledge is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment • Ability to operate well with ambiguity • Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation • Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service • Minimum internet speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for working at home
