📋 Description
• Handle inbound and outbound communications • Onboard new children and parents into Game Dev clubs • Help children access the platform and resolve common pre-session technical issues • Assist with running the online platform, including replying to messages from children • Run live online clubs when needed • Help inspire young people to develop their love of coding and technology
🎯 Requirements
• Friendly, approachable, reliable and professional • Passionate about technology and coding • Loves working with children and helping them learn new skills • Great communication skills and able to make learning fun • Strong IT literacy • Confidence around children • Experience with high-volume inbound and outbound calls • Previous customer service or sales experience • Must be based in the UK and hold the right to work in the UK • Experience working with children (nice to have; not essential) • Experience with CRM software (nice to have; not essential) • All mentors require a DBS check
