📋 Description

• Assisting in driving customer acquisition and managing paid search and social campaigns across a variety of paid digital media • Assists in the setup and management of performance marketing campaigns across paid search and paid social channels including strategizing, daily executions, and optimization • Establish organic social media best practices and partner with creative team members to drive organic KPI's • Proactively identify opportunities for performance media strategies to inform and facilitate acquisitions growth, including but not limited to: display media, social community growth, abandon cart + retention strategies, brand launches, capabilities enhancements, and improved customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing role, with a minimum of 2 years managing paid search programs • Minimum of a Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field • Google Adwords Certification • Meta Blueprint Certification
