📋 Description
• Provide specialized sensory-motor, cognitive, communicative, social interaction, and behavioral training • Enable the consumer to acquire knowledge and skills • Provide training to increase or maintain self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills • Assist the consumer in achieving and maintaining a quality of life • Provide first aid and appropriate attention to injury and illness • Carry out programs identified in consumer’s ISP • Maintain accurate documentation of all required paperwork
🎯 Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be able to obtain Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card • High School Diploma or G.E.D. • Valid Arizona Driver’s License • Reliable means of transportation with current insurance and registration • Ability to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card • Ability to pass criminal, background and reference checks • Must complete Article Nine Training • Certification in Adult/Child/Infant CPR, and First Aid
