• 1–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or D2C acquisition • Proven experience running Meta + Google Ads with measurable results • Strong understanding of D2C funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization • Analytical mindset with creative instinct • Experience with tools like GA4, Webflow, Hotjar, HubSpot, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar • Excellent copywriting and content sense • Bonus: background in hospitality, travel, lifestyle brands, real estate, or consumer apps
