• Développer et exécuter une stratégie Social Media complète (Instagram & TikTok). • Créer un calendrier éditorial et produire du contenu engageant (reels, TikTok, UGC). • Construire et gérer un réseau d’influenceurs (France + Algérie). • Renforcer la notoriété de The Flex en Algérie. • Générer des réservations directes via nos réseaux sociaux et WhatsApp. • Produire des rapports de performance (engagement, trafic, conversions).
🎯 Requirements
• Basé(e) en France ou très bonne connaissance de la diaspora algérienne. • Bilingue français–arabe (Darija ou maghrébin fortement apprécié). • Excellente maîtrise d’Instagram, TikTok et du marketing d’influence. • Capacité à créer du contenu authentique, dynamique et orienté conversion. • Connaissance des codes culturels, humour, références et tendances algériennes/franco-algériennes. • Autonomie, créativité, sens du résultat.
