📋 Description

• Provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms • Handle complex commercial/business litigation cases • Collaborate with other freelance attorneys and paralegals

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of California • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial/Business Litigation • Drafting (contract revisions; pleadings; motions/responses; discovery; anything else during the lifecycle of a case) • Research projects (high-level) • All general back-end production • Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines • Self-starter and able to work independently
