📋 Description

• Conduct substantive legal research on complex family law issues • Draft high-quality motions, memoranda, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents • Assist with legal analysis and case strategy • Review case files and supporting documentation • Provide back-end litigation support to the firm's attorneys • Deliver accurate, well-reasoned work product within established deadlines • Collaborate with the firm's legal team on family law matters

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • California licensure preferred, but not required • Minimum of 5+ years of family law experience • Exceptional legal research and persuasive legal writing skills • Extensive experience drafting substantive family law pleadings and motions • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
