📋 Description
• Install new Growcer farms • Train customers on effective operation of their farm(s) • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions • Travel nationally and potentially internationally for training • Perform data collection work for experiments • Provide virtual support when not on-site
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years' hands-on experience in a technical, mechanical, or field service role • Strong mechanical aptitude • Excellent communication skills • Familiarity with troubleshooting controlled environment agriculture control systems • College or University degree in a mechanical, engineering, technical trades, or related field • Must be able to legally work in the United States and able to travel nationally and internationally
