đź“‹ Description

• Sell and ensure best in class merchandising, including building displays, packing out product, and replenishing permanent secondary displays • Maintain salability of all authorized Hershey items and achieve 100% distribution in assigned territory • Ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans (Retail Execution Plan) with various retailers • Achieve merchandising objectives through effective use of Permanent Secondary Displays and other display vehicles • Report weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions and all administrative functions within assigned territory • Report daily activities through the use of tablets, submitting upon completion of each day • Responsible for managing sales territory visits and retailer relationships • Participate in ensuring store appearance and merchandise displays align with plans, selling history and new receipts • Consult with buyers, marketing and sellers on product positioning and presentation plans • Create and coordinate visual presentation of merchandise, including store layout and displays • Coach sales staff on merchandise to enable them to suggest appropriate merchandise to meet customer needs • Part-time schedule: 6 hours per day, Monday to Thursday (24 hours/week)

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience with sound knowledge of sales techniques in consumer packaged goods preferred • Knowledge of and ability to develop and use strategies, practices, and tools for communicating with retail customers and for managing day-to-day operations of retail stores • Ability to lift up to 30lbs • Valid Driver’s license and good standing driving record • Personal auto insurance with at least the government set minimum liability • Must reside within the boundaries of the assigned territory • Access to a personal vehicle (mileage rates will be paid) • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills • Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team environment • Detailed-oriented with fresh thinking • Proficient in MS suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with iPad technology • Willingness to be a part of a high performing team that works hard and has fun! • Post Secondary Education
