• Manage and optimize the company’s marketing engine across multiple channels. • Oversee social media content, copywriting, newsletters, email flows, and podcast management. • Build, optimize, and monitor marketing funnels and customer journeys. • Execute and test paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn. • Automate marketing workflows including content distribution, email sequencing, social posting, reporting, and campaign monitoring. • Collaborate closely with leadership and operations to improve scalability and performance. • Drive audience growth, engagement, and conversion across the company’s education and advisory products. • Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI metrics to improve overall marketing effectiveness. • Support growth initiatives for live events, advisory memberships, and future platform expansion opportunities. • Contribute to building scalable systems that reduce manual operational work through AI and automation.
• 5+ years of experience managing direct response marketing campaigns targeting individual buyers. • Experience marketing digital products, coaching programs, memberships, live events, or advisory services. • Native-level English fluency. • Strong hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude or similar platforms, including active experimentation and workflow automation. • Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, funnel management, and campaign optimization. • Familiarity with platforms such as GoHighLevel, CRM systems, social media tools, and paid advertising platforms. • Availability to maintain at least a four-hour overlap with U.S. Central Time. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Results-oriented mindset with focus on revenue growth, conversions, and operational efficiency.
