📋 Description

‱ Designs, configures, and develops user and client solutions in various platforms ‱ Delivers improvements and evaluates, implements, and sustains secondary system integrations ‱ Supports and manages Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), International Corporate Banking initiated changes ‱ Primary point of contact for assigned enterprise level projects and strategic developments ‱ Collaborates with Senior Manager, Change Management & Operations in data analysis and visualization ‱ Maintains and drives the adoption of methodology for corporate platforms ‱ Provides tools, training and support aligned to corporate strategy ‱ Manages & maintains design and implementation of assigned new initiatives ‱ Designs & builds datasets to extract, transform, combine and structure data ‱ Manages & maintains Salesforce and applications by troubleshooting inquiries ‱ Evaluates performance goals and product effectiveness ‱ Collaborates with cross functional teams on Salesforce solutions integration ‱ Designs & delivers training and accessible learning material for business users.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 5 years experience in the financial services industry ‱ Excellent knowledge of various platforms (including salesforce) and product capabilities ‱ Proven experience identifying and resolving performance problems and data quality issues in Salesforce ‱ Experience in projects and change initiates in relation to enhancing of processes and procedures ‱ High level understand of how various products within the Salesforce ecosystem should be utilized ‱ At least 3 years proven experience solving problems using quantitative approaches. ‱ At least 3 years experience with large datasets ‱ Experience with advanced data visualization best practice and techniques ‱ Understanding of business requirements and transforming them into actionable solutions. ‱ Working knowledge of sales engagement platforms and document management platforms ‱ Proven experience with preparing presentations for consumption by senior leadership audiences.
