📋 Description

• Designs, configures, and develops user and client solutions in various platforms • Delivers improvements and sustains secondary system integrations • Supports and manages assigned Corporate & Investment Banking changes • Collaborates with Senior Manager in analyzing and using data for trend analysis • Maintains and drives adoption of methodology for corporate platforms • Designs and builds datasets to extract, transform, combine, and structure data • Manages and maintains Salesforce and applications through troubleshooting inquiries • Evaluates performance goals and implements methodologies to achieve objectives • Collaborates with cross-functional teams on the integration of Salesforce solutions • Designs and delivers training and learning material

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years experience in the financial services industry • Excellent knowledge of various platforms (including Salesforce) and product capabilities • Proven experience identifying and resolving performance problems and data quality issues in Salesforce • Experience in projects and change initiatives in relation to enhancing processes and procedures • High level understanding of how various products within the Salesforce ecosystem should be utilized • At least 3 years proven experience solving problems using quantitative approaches • At least 3 years experience with large datasets • Experience with advanced data visualization best practices and techniques • Understanding of business requirements and transforming them into actionable solutions • Working knowledge of sales engagement platforms and document management platforms • Proven experience with preparing presentations for senior leadership audiences
