• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university within engineering, business, and/or technology field • MBA is a plus • Ability to be flexible with hours (NA and Asia) • Ability to speak Mandarin a plus although not mandatory • Technical sales background with no less than 10 years proven success as an Account Manager and at least 5 years in a leadership or national sales role • Demonstrated success in selling complex hardware/software solutions to large enterprise or OEM customers • Strong business acumen with ability to manage P&L, forecasting, and national revenue targets • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic communication skills • Experience working with cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced technical environment • Comfortable working remotely with up to 50% domestic travel
