• Provide OWA member groups in Europe with strategic guidance and direction for regional corporate campaign strategies, and collaborate with groups to troubleshoot issues. • Co-create strategies with OWA groups and serve as a coach, building their independence over time. Support groups in adapting campaign tactics to different local and regional contexts. • Lead in-person and virtual trainings for OWA groups on corporate campaigning and corporate outreach. • Build strong relationships and trust with OWA groups, alongside a reputation as a sharp strategic thinker and strategist. • Develop resources and training materials in order to build resilience, empowerment, and autonomy in the OWA.
• Experience: Previous experience with corporate pressure campaigns and/or corporate negotiations. Experience developing campaign strategy as well as carrying out specific functions related to a campaign's success. • Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving: Leads problem-solving efforts and the development of campaign strategies, demonstrating an understanding of broader organizational strategy. Ability to identify opportunities, innovate new tactics, evaluate options and potential outcomes, and anticipate obstacles. Escalates issues to senior leaders when necessary, seeking additional perspectives and expertise to guide complex, often high-stakes decisions. • Initiative, Proactivity, and Adaptability: Actively seeks creative solutions to address challenges.
