📋 Description

• Assist in budget preparation and help monitor budget performance • Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Help with forecasting and financial modeling under the guidance of senior analysts or the CFO • Reconcile data between accounting, operations, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy • Assist in cost analysis and profitability tracking across different products • Prepare presentations and summaries for management reviews or investor meetings • Collaborate with different teams to gather and validate financial information • Support audit preparation and documentation processes • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Student (final year) or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers and financial data • Good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) • Eagerness to learn about financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Lithuanian • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks • A team player with a positive attitude and curiosity to grow within the finance field
