📋 Description
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand needs and priorities. • Work on recruiting strategy, including job descriptions and recruiting plans. • Interact with potential candidates through social media and job boards. • Organize and conduct online interviews. • Manage the internal candidate database. • Build excellent candidate experience during recruitment. • Support Talent Acquisition Manager with daily operations and documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Higher Education • Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles • Experience in headhunting is a bonus • Strong record as a team player • Excellent at communicating in spoken and written Lithuanian and English • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal, analytical & organizational skills • Passionate about recruitment, networking, and human resources.
