📋 Description
• To Analyse business data within UK telco mobile networks Core and RAN Projects • Gather and clean data from various sources to present the current inventory status • Generate a weekly Asset report that outlines the latest status of the customer’s managed assets and details any pending requests • Develop and execute analysis to detect process failures and inform the relevant teams about pending issues for resolution • Conduct a weekly inventory review with the customer and internal project stakeholders to provide RAG (Red, Amber, Green) analysis on inventory status • Produce weekly and monthly reports for NMR conformance and NMR disconnection. • Address ad-hoc customer requests, respond to inquiries, and validate upgrade and bulk requests efficiently.
🎯 Requirements
• Experienced with Visualisation Tools (Qlik, Power BI, Grafana) • Experienced using programming/query languages such as SQL, Python and DAX • Advanced knowledge of Excel • Familiar with Databases and Database Designs • Experience with SAP BusinessObjects • Ability to work with multiple data sources & experienced in data model development • Able to present and translate complex data into simple, customer facing dashboards • Mobile Networks (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) • Configuration Management Data (Mobile Networks) • Software Development fundamentals • Excel (Highly Proficient) • SQL • Confident driving data quality/cleaning actions & interacting with unfamiliar stakeholders to support • Confident hosting workshops/calls to investigate data quality issues • Problem Solving
