📋 Description
• Develop and execute a comprehensive device lifecycle management strategy, including product roadmap, feature prioritization, and release planning • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the telecommunications industry • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of device lifecycle management initiatives • Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve device performance, reliability, and user satisfaction • Drive continuous improvement through feedback analysis, user testing, and iteration cycles • Manage vendor relationships and third-party partnerships to support device development, testing, and manufacturing processes • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to device management and telecommunications
🎯 Requirements
• Previously demonstrated experience in a Product Owner role • Knowledge and understanding of the UK telco industry • Stakeholder management and proven ability to operate within a geographically dispersed matrix organization • Knowledge of Agile is a must, knowledge of Waterfall is considered a plus • Strong communication and decision-making skills • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts of interest and influence without authority • Process and detailed oriented with excellent planning/organizational skills
