📋 Description

• Responsible for the design, implementation, migration and change of data and security networks • Ensure they remain highly available, secure, compliant and fit for purpose • Collaborate with Teams, Vendors providing engineering consulting advice • Responsible for the design and implementation of key Network & Security platforms • Migration and change between IT platforms • Provide technical direction and support to an on-site engineering team • Creation of Statement of Works (SOW) for projects • Guide the work to be undertaken during the specific project

🎯 Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of different technical and project documentation • Excellent communication skills • Demonstrable experience working with project managers in a Telecoms environment • Substantial experience of security network design architecture and engineering experience • Firewall migration/consolidation • Network Support Planning & implementation at enterprise level • High Level & Low Level Network and Security infrastructure Design • Network Core Design (& collapsed core), implementation • MPLS migration from IPSEC LAN setup • Designing/implementing secure L3/L2 switched design’s • Firewall migrations/Upgrades/installs • Excellent technical knowledge of network infrastructure tools and practices
