• Drive Field Marketing Strategy & Planning • Develop and execute Further’s national field marketing strategy in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership. • Identify, prioritize, and tier regional and state-level conferences based on ROI and pipeline potential. • Own the annual field marketing calendar and budget across all regions. • Execute High-Impact Regional Events • Own Further’s end-to-end presence at regional conferences and association events nationwide. • Manage all aspects of event execution, including sponsorship selection, booth strategy, messaging, staffing, pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up. • Ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence while tailoring messaging to regional audiences. • Drive Pipeline & Revenue Impact • Partner closely with Sales to align field efforts with territories, target accounts, and revenue goals. • Design field programs that convert conversations into demos and opportunities, including on-site meeting booking, event-specific CTAs, and regional nurture campaigns. • Track and report on event-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and ROI by event and region. • Build Scalable, Repeatable Programs • Create playbooks for regional conferences, association events, and field activations. • Standardize messaging, assets, and follow-up flows while allowing for regional nuance. • Continuously test, learn, and optimize which events, formats, and messages perform best. • Build Relationships & Collaborate Cross-Functionally • Serve as Further’s primary marketing contact for regional and state Senior Living associations. • Develop long-term partnerships that include sponsorships, speaking opportunities, workshops, and co-marketing. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Design to ensure field messaging aligns with GTM priorities and brand standards.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Demand Generation. • Experience owning national or multi-region field marketing programs. • Proven ability to tie events directly to pipeline and revenue impact. • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events, regions, and stakeholders. • A data-driven mindset—you think in terms of ROI, pipeline, and outcomes, not just activities. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
