📋 Description

• Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Together with the Business Controller, prepare monthly management reports and KPI dashboards for the Executive Team and shareholder Aware Super. • Lead the annual budget cycle and ongoing reforecasting for both operating hotels and development projects. • Oversee the financial monitoring and reporting of three active hotel construction projects. • Act as strategic sparring partner to the CFO, COO, Commercial Team, Operations Leadership, and Executive Team. • Strengthen commercial performance management through scenario planning, investment cases, and ROI analysis. • Support pre-opening teams with financial guidance, staffing and cost planning, and operating model development. • Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives such as reporting digitalisation, BI implementation, and optimisation of the group planning cycle • Promote strong data governance by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting, BI tools, and financial processes

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; RA/RC or equivalent preferred. • 7–10+ years’ experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Analysis, ideally in hospitality, real estate, retail, or other international multi-unit environments. • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge, influence, and align stakeholders. • Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. • Proactive, curious, and commercially driven mindset. • Proficiency with ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel/Google Sheets & Slides. • Strong command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
