• Calculate and process commission payments for sales teams based on sales compensation plans • Analyze and validate data to ensure accurate commission calculations • Address and resolve inquiries from sales personnel regarding commission payouts and calculations • Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to ensure alignment and understanding of commission structures and payouts • Generate monthly and quarterly commission reports • Assist in the development and implementation of new commission plans and structures • Continuously review and recommend process improvements for commission calculations • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 2-3 years of experience in commission calculations or similar financial roles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Attention to detail and accuracy
