📋 Description
• Negotiate product scope to deliver the best value on both fixed-price and time/materials engagements • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and Theodo on trade-offs and compromises • Manage the flow of requirements from client to team • Proactively lead client engagements • Produce, maintain and communicate on the project delivery plan • Own and run agile ceremonies • Think long-term about product direction and suggest optimal delivery approaches • Advocate for lean delivery principles across the business • Mentor and coach more junior delivery managers
🎯 Requirements
• Around 5 years of delivery management experience on complex digital or technology projects • Proven track record managing both fixed-price and time/materials engagements • Experience managing senior client stakeholders and steering committees • Demonstrable examples of scope negotiation and risk management on large or high-stakes projects • Experience running agile ceremonies and holding teams to a high standard of delivery • Comfortable using delivery data to drive commercial decisions
