📋 Description
• Support sourcing and assessment of reinsurance solutions • Contribute to structuring and project-managing live reinsurance transactions • Perform analytical assessments to evaluate longevity swaps and funded reinsurance transactions • Develop recommendations to strengthen transaction strategy • Support negotiation and documentation activities throughout deal execution • Assist in onboarding new reinsurance arrangements • Enhance, streamline and embed efficient processes across reinsurance activities • Maintain awareness of SII, Matching Adjustment and implications for reinsurance.
🎯 Requirements
• Qualified Actuary • experience in structuring and executing reinsurance or derisking transactions • strong analytical and technical aptitude • strong knowledge of insurer balance sheets • the BPA market • longevity underwriting or DB de-risking.
