📋 Description

• You further develop the framework for trade terms and thus actively contribute to profitable growth • You provide well-founded analyses and strategic recommendations through financial simulations, price analyses and the evaluation of promotions • You support Key Account Managers in negotiations with retailers, assist in adjusting terms and make investment decisions • You ensure a consistent and transparent pricing structure by maintaining and optimizing the master pricing framework across list, purchase and final prices • You analyze sales and promotion results and derive concrete courses of action • You develop price and promotion strategies considering competition and market trends – in close collaboration with our Market Insights team • You contribute to the international pricing and investment strategy, initially focusing on DE, NL and UK • You work closely with Finance, Brand and Commercial Operations to align investment and pricing decisions • You prepare meaningful reports and presentations that support management and sales in key decisions

🎯 Requirements

• You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL) or a comparable field • You bring 2–5 years of professional experience in Sales, Pricing, Commercial Finance or Controlling – ideally in the FMCG sector • You possess strong analytical skills and can confidently evaluate complex financial and commercial scenarios • You have a pronounced hands-on mentality and find pragmatic solutions even when not all tools or processes are available • You convince with clear communication and strong presentation skills and enjoy working cross-functionally • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • You speak German and English at a business-fluent level (C1)
