📋 Description

• Design and implement a comprehensive QA strategy for our SAP S/4HANA Finance and Logistics domains — covering both manual validation and test automation. • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end (E2E) and user acceptance tests (UAT) for business-critical Finance and Logistics processes across SAP and connected systems. • Translate Finance and Logistics requirements into testable acceptance criteria and ensure full traceability in Jira, Xray, and Confluence. • Build and maintain automated regression and integration tests using tools like Tricentis Tosca, SAP CBTA, Worksoft, or Selenium. • Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and deliver clear, actionable QA reporting. • Validate key cross-domain flows, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Logistics execution scenarios. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Finance & Logistics experts, and Developers to define quality gates, manage defects, and ensure release readiness. • Connect with QA Engineers across teams to align standards, share automation approaches, and evolve our QA framework. • Continuously improve test coverage, documentation, and overall release quality through metrics and feedback loops. • Champion a shift-left testing mindset — embedding quality early in the SAP delivery cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SAP QA, testing, or test automation — ideally with S/4HANA Public Cloud. • Strong understanding of Finance (FI/CO) and Logistics processes (e.g., MM, SD, or related value streams) and their cross-domain integrations. • Proven experience with E2E testing and UAT execution in enterprise environments. • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Tosca, CBTA, Worksoft, or Selenium. • Familiarity with CI/CD environments and integrating QA into pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). • Skilled in test management tools such as Jira, Xray, Confluence, and optionally SAP Solution Manager. • Analytical thinker with a structured, detail-driven, and proactive mindset. • Strong communicator capable of bridging business and technical perspectives. • Fluent in English (C1) and German (C1).
