📋 Description
• Serve as an independent principal investigator and delegate project management tasks to junior scientific staff • Oversee and participate in a large project portfolio • Lead studies of high scientific quality • Present scientific work in peer-reviewed journals and at professional meetings • Provide scientific leadership to team members • Develop and maintain client relationships • Ensure client timelines are met • Ensure projects do not exceed contracted budgets • Manage, oversee, and/or lead project-related tasks • Provide oversight, management, and mentoring to junior staff
🎯 Requirements
• Doctorate in a scientific discipline and more than 3–5 years’ experience in a relevant field; or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline and more than 5–7 years’ experience in a relevant field • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Familiarity with SAS or similar data analysis software • Extensive knowledge of practical research implementation • Well-developed communication and scientific writing skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to independently manage, oversee, and/or lead project-related tasks and delegate effectively • Ability to manage client relationships • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry • Ability to provide oversight, management, and mentoring to more junior staff • Excellent written and oral scientific, professional, and consulting communication skills • Excellent time management and logistics skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
