• Manage contract processes and documentation across various business units • Review, negotiate, and administer sales and service agreements • Collaborate with Account Managers, Legal teams, and other business partners • Facilitate timely contract execution while ensuring compliance with corporate policies • Review terms and conditions and assess legal, financial, and business risks • Manage contract documentation and maintain accurate contract records in company systems • Support smooth commercial operations
• Bachelor's Degree required; no prior experience required in contract administration or related field • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field • Additional professional certifications in contract management are valued • Strong understanding of legal, financial, and business risk management in contracts • Proficient knowledge of commercial terms including pricing, Incoterms, warranties, and payment terms • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience with contract management systems (e.g., Icertis, SharePoint, Ariba) • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong integrity and commitment to maintaining confidential information • Fluency in English required • Ability to manage multiple deadlines • Experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry preferred
