• Develops, monitors, and adapts project plans, timelines, and budgets/forecasts for large programs • Serves as the point of contact for risk escalation • Ensures compliance with quality processes and requirements for assigned programs • Develops, reviews, and manages performance metrics for assigned projects • Provides senior-level review of project materials • Trains medical writers on processes and technical aspects of program management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent • Advanced degree preferred • Comparable to 8+ years of relevant experience • Experience managing large medical writing narrative projects required • Experience in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry preferred • Additional qualifications in medical writing (AMWA; EMWA; RAC) advantageous
