• Define and complete the commercial strategy for GSD across EMEA • Deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) • Translate global strategy into impactful regional execution • Develop trusted senior-level connections with key customers • Attract, develop, and empower a diverse high-performing commercial team • Manage commercial OPEX and revenue forecasting • Partner across Service, Customer Support, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain

🎯 Requirements

• Proven commercial leader with at least 10 years in sales, marketing, or business leadership • Experienced at the Senior Director level or above • Skilled in leading across EMEA • Financially astute, with a track record of driving profitable growth • A people leader who encourages trust, builds inclusive teams, and invests in talent development • Highly resilient, dedicated to delivering outcomes, and collaborative.
