📋 Description

• Increase awareness, accelerate growth, and engagement across two portfolio companies (Lolli & Slice). • Lead social media strategy, building and executing plans aligned to portfolio objectives. • Ideate, plan, create and deploy engaging content across platforms including X/Twitter, Discord, Reddit and more. • Strengthen brand perception and rebuild trust by addressing community feedback and improving sentiment across platforms and review sites. • Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations. • Create processes and documentation to scale the social media team. • Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify product and ecosystem-related news with the content team.

🎯 Requirements

• >3 years of demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a proven track record managing large channels with a high volume of followers • Proven experience in reputation management, with the ability to address negative sentiment, rebuild trust, and improve brand perception across social and review platforms. • Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms and industry best practices. • Creative problem-solver with keen attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Adept content creation skills, including copy writing, graphic design, animation and video editing. • Proficient user of social analytics and listening tools with the skills to match • Bonus: Good experience with brands in the reward space • Bonus: BTC native • Bonus: Previous experiences with building & managing trust
