📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day execution of project plans, ensuring tasks are clear, actionable, and progressing on schedule. • Coordinate deliverables across creative, strategy, and client teams while managing interdependencies. • Anticipate bottlenecks and actively propose solutions to keep projects moving forward. • Support production logistics, content delivery, and client-ready reporting. • Track milestones, deadlines, and approvals with a structured, no-detail-missed approach. • Drive efficiency in workflows, ensuring processes are followed and optimized. • Collaborate with Finance/Legal/HR/Operations on contracts, invoices, and vendor payments, processes, etc. • Help source, brief, and onboard freelance talent or external vendors with attention to timelines and quality. • Keep shared workspaces (Notion, Asana, Slack, Google Drive, etc.) updated and intuitive. • Schedule and lead internal syncs, ensuring agendas and next steps are always clear. • Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates and structured communication. • Coordinate reporting processes end-to-end — compiling data, ensuring inputs are gathered, managing approvals, and delivering final reports. • Proactively identify project risks, resourcing challenges, or operational gaps. • Escalate issues with context and provide well-thought-out solutions. • Troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks and ensure smooth transitions across project phases. • Document key learnings, workflows, and project insights for future use. • Contribute to the development of improved templates, guides, and operational best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on project management or coordination experience (agency, creative production, or marketing environment is a plus). • Demonstrated ability to manage executional details, not just timelines. • Experience identifying risks, resolving blockers, and implementing solutions. • Familiarity with creative production and social media workflows. • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Frame.io, Canva, Google Workspace).
