📋 Description

• Lead planning, design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise applications and information systems. • Ensure successful deployment, maintenance, and optimization of software across all organizational locations. • Contribute to IT strategic planning to meet evolving clinical, financial, and regulatory demands. • Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, surgery centers, and leadership to align local needs with enterprise IT strategy. • Maintain and upgrade existing applications while driving standardization and reducing redundant systems. • Oversee application governance, capacity planning, and portfolio management. • Ensure application design principles are upheld and continuously improved. • Promote a customer-centric service culture that enhances user satisfaction and operational efficiency. • Identify cost-saving, standardization, and process improvement opportunities and lead related initiatives. • Serve as the final decision-maker for enterprise IT application matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in healthcare applications, including clinical, financial, and regulatory systems. • Strong background in application selection, implementation, and system life cycle management. • Proven experience in strategic information systems planning and execution. • Knowledge of IT processes across acute, sub-acute, outpatient, and ambulatory settings. • Demonstrated success in IT strategy delivery with the ability to influence organizational goals. • Experience managing centralized and distributed IT resources and coordinating multiple projects.
