📋 Description

• Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative for MCI providing support to customers calling with questions or concerns. • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously; assist with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies; document customer interactions and feedback. • Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. • Willing to submit to Level II background/security investigation with fingerprinting. • Willing to submit to drug screening (does not apply in Canada).
