📋 Description

• Remote Outbound Call Center Representative making outbound calls to customers and prospects. • Promote products, services, or special offers; qualify leads and schedule follow-ups. • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions; meet daily call and conversion targets. • Complete full application on company careers page including screening questions and pre-employment test.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated and results-driven. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. • Willing to submit to a Level II background/security investigation and fingerprinting (subject to program/location). • Must be willing to submit to drug screening (does not apply in Canada).
