📋 Description

• Source and recruit real estate agents, including newly licensed and already-producing agents • Learn two recruiting pipeline models and qualify the best fit for each candidate • Recruit licensed mortgage loan officers on a smaller scale as the agent base grows • Run high-volume outbound recruiting with 100+ calls per day and 15+ LinkedIn connections per day • Work inbound opportunities through AgentAttraction.io • Manage the recruiting pipeline in Follow Up Boss and use Model Match and AgentAttraction.io • Present qualified candidates for review and help close the loop from first contact to signed agent • Help shape and refine the recruiting process as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in outbound, high-volume recruiting or sales, cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships from scratch • Strong phone presence; ability to tell a compelling story and get people to listen • Real estate or mortgage industry experience is a plus, but not required • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role with no rigid 9-to-5 structure • Self-starter who takes ownership and does not need heavy oversight • Based in the Eastern or Central time zone

🏖️ Benefits

• $52,000 base salary + performance bonus • On-target earnings: $129,000/year
