• Embed with assigned business units to surface technology transformation opportunities through structured discovery • Facilitate design-thinking workshops to translate fuzzy pain points into well-scoped problem statements • Serve as the strategic continuity layer between business units and technology delivery teams • Assess workforce and role impacts alongside AI solution design and support BU stakeholders through the full adoption arc • Manage relationships with business leaders and communicate progress clearly

• Experience in leading technology transformation opportunities • Ability to facilitate design-thinking workshops • Ability to assess workforce and role impacts along with AI solution design • Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proficient in defining success metrics and tracking them consistently • Strong partnership with business leaders and development teams
