📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain eBonding integrations between ServiceNow and external ITSM platforms. • Lead implementation of eBonding solutions, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors across systems to ensure data accuracy and performance. • Support and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, and custom scripts. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration requirements are met. • Work effectively in a domain-separated ServiceNow environment. • Operate independently while managing priorities and delivering high-quality solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with ServiceNow, especially in integration and platform support. • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks. • Experience with ONEiO or similar integration platforms is highly desirable. • Familiarity with other ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Jira Service Management) is a plus. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. • Experience working in domain-separated environments. • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) preferred. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Experience in managed service provider environments is a plus.
