🎯 Requirements

• Drive to provide the best user experience possible. • Deep mastery of Elixir and OTP proven in distributed production systems. • Solid experience architecting Angular or similar SPA frameworks at scale. • Expertise in SQL and relational database design. • Fluency in scalable design patterns. • Proficiency in at least two additional languages such as Go, Rust or TypeScript and the discernment to choose between them. • Hands-on experience with cloud-native design, container orchestration and continuous delivery pipelines. • Relentless focus on automated testing, observability, and operational excellence. • Clear communication and empathy that persuade without formal authority.
