• Opportunity to join an industry leading renewable energy venture • Focused on the development, execution, and operations of utility-scale energy storage projects • Strong commercial acumen required • Strong financial modeling and debt equity structuring experience • Work across project development, origination, interconnection, and construction financing transactions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project finance modeling expertise in Microsoft Excel (MS Excel) • Debt/equity structuring experience • Experience with complex debt equity structures and tax equity transactions • Excellent communication skills • Ability to participate in advanced level discussions in the utility-scale renewables • Understanding of national energy power markets (beneficial but not required)
