📋 Description

• Leverage large data sets to conduct data investigations supporting external users and internal teams across products and services. • Use analytical methods, software tools, and computer models to identify problems and develop solutions. • Provide front-line support to platform users and clients through direct communication. • Identify patterns across data sets to find trends in user engagement and recommend product improvements. • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations. • Deliver training via presentations, interactive modules, or hands-on demonstrations. • Execute test plans to ensure configurations adhere to rule sets. • Collaborate with internal teams on client implementations and practice-wide rollouts. • Work in a visible team environment, prioritizing assignments to meet goals and deadlines. • HAP Tech (BRG) supports pharmaceutical manufacturers on 340B program data and technology solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with undergraduate understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, product development, or data analysis. • Strong technical skills; ability to independently execute complex data analytics in SQL, R, or Python. • Knowledge of market research methodologies, including data collection, analysis, and competitor analysis. • 2+ years SQL, R, or Python experience with a focus in data analytics. • Interest in growing these skills and training others. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Commitment to producing high quality analysis and attention to detail. • Desire to work within a team environment. • Must be able to verify legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
