• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Network Engineering, or related field • Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on Cisco technologies • Strong knowledge of network operations and troubleshooting • Expertise in Cisco switching, routing, and SDWAN • Experience with Nexus switches and Nexus Dashboard • Familiarity with wireless networking, particularly Aruba systems • Knowledge of network security, specifically Palo Alto Networks (PAN) solutions • Understanding of Prisma Access and Global Protect client interactions • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin • Ability to work flexible hours to provide coverage during U.S. off-hours • Willingness to work on-site as required by the business
