• Be part of the Appic team consisting of 1 designer, 1 engineering manager, 3 developers and 1 quality engineer • Identify problems and opportunities within the app and solve them with a data & insights driven approach • Create vision and roadmap for the app • Keep stakeholders in the loop and work across departments to ensure the best solutions for our customers no matter their touch point • Motivate and inspire people by being your honest, authentic self • Be the team’s rock if it gets a tad stressful around Christmas or Cyber Week • Own the backlog, overlook the development process, and understand as well as communicate your team’s decisions
• 3-5 years of experience either in a product management or ownership role • Extensive knowledge about common e-commerce KPIs as well as experience in planning, executing and interpreting A-B-tests • Good grasp of UX and economics and be brave enough to interview customers directly • Experience with agile processes and methods as well as motivation to develop them further • Proficient English language skills (C1) and fluent in German (C1) • An affinity for apps and their unique characteristics and trends
