📋 Description
• Provide remote technical support to employees working from home • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues • Install and configure software and hardware • Maintain and update network and systems • Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime • Create and maintain technical documentation • Provide training and support to employees on various software and hardware • Work with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements • Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues • Familiarity with network and system administration • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Knowledge of landscaping industry is a plus
