📋 Description

• Meet with customers to determine business and technical needs • Recommend optimal system configuration and business processes based on industry best practices • Prepare and present implementation plans for customer approval • Manage and execute implementation plans including directing staff resources • Train client personnel on use of software solutions and business practices • Build and maintain client relationships supporting their use of Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in public accounting or consulting or accounting software • CPA preferred • Strong presentation and facilitation skills • Experience managing multiple projects at one time • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-sufficient and able to work well in team settings • Experience with agile is a plus • Problem solving and situational analysis skills • Time management and organization skills • Comfortable with 25-50% travel including overnights
