📋 Description

• Define user journeys, personas, and experience strategies • Conduct research, analyze user data, and translate insights into actionable design direction • Create wireframes, sitemaps, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align business, creative, and technical goals • Lead or contribute to UX across client projects depending on level • Inspire teams with best practices and forward-thinking approaches to user experience • Work as a freelance contributor selecting projects and collaborating with Contravent teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in UX (strategy, design, or both) • Skills in research, journey mapping, and/or design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, XD, etc.) • A portfolio or sample of your work demonstrating how you think and solve problems • A collaborative spirit and curiosity for exploring new approaches • For more experienced talent: confidence in leading projects, presenting to clients, and mentoring others
