📋 Description

• Support the delivery of Microsoft security, specifically in the areas of Purview, data security, data governance and AI. • Assist with customer engagements, including discovery sessions, documentation, demonstrations, and implementation. • Contribute to security reviews, basic assessments, and gap analyses. • Help prepare materials such as presentations, reports, and technical notes. • Learn to evaluate and advise on Microsoft security tools, gradually taking on more client-facing work as you develop. • Collaborate with your colleagues on internal projects, tooling, service improvements, and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in a technical or IT role (helpdesk, support, systems admin, cloud, networking, or security). • A solid understanding, or hands on familiarity, with some Microsoft technologies – ideally in the area of Purview, data security, governance and AI. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Confidence working directly with people. • A genuine interest in cybersecurity, a willingness to continuously learn, ambitions to contribute to the cybersecurity community and our company’s growth, and an incredible degree of agency and enthusiasm. • Great organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects. • Qualifications (preferred) SC‑900 SC-400 or SC-401 If you haven’t achieved these yet, we’ll support you in earning them.
