📋 Description

•At Threecolts, we’re not just building software—we’re building the future of Commerce. •Our suite of tools powers Marketplace entrepreneurs and global brands selling on Amazon and Walmart. •We’re looking for a Design Director who can lead, inspire, and elevate a world-class design function. •This team will own all design across the business including product UX and UI, web, brand, marketing, and social. •You'll be responsible for building a coherent, high-impact design function that drives business outcomes and delights users.

🎯 Requirements

•10+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences. •3+ years experience at leadership level •A collaborative mindset with the confidence to speak up, debate ideas, and make tough calls. •A portfolio that blends strategic impact with hands-on design excellence. •Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing design teams. •Strong systems thinking and product sensibility—you know what good looks like and how to get there. •Extensive experience in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools. •Excellent storytelling skills—you can make complex things simple and rally others around your vision. •A passion for understanding users and solving real problems.
